Bygone Dreams

Winner of the Reboot 2017 “Visual Excellence“ award. Bygone Dreams is a high fantasy action adventure with RPG elements set in a surreal dream world. The dream land of Lume, under the protection of its matron deity, is being threatened by a terrible Nightmare. Embodying the spirit known as Wa, you are the world’s last hope for survival. To aid you in your quest, you must seek out the world’s Guardians – powerful creatures worshiped and revered in times long before the corruption seeped in. However, the task ahead is anything but easy, as the Guardians themselves succumbed to the Nightmare.

Team behind Bygone Dreams

Prime Time studio is a Sarajevo-based production studio creating movies and video games. Over the years the studio has worked on hundreds of projects, most prominent of which is “Birds Like Us” , Bosnia’s first feature-length animated movie featuring the voice talents of Alicia Vikander, Jeremy Irons, and Jim Broadbent, as well as an original soundtrack by Peter Gabriel. In addition to that Prime Time’s work includes several high profile documentary movies such as Scream For Me Sarajevo, featuring Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson and his story about performing in war-struck Sarajevo in 1994; as well as Bosnian Knight, a story about medieval Bosnia. Bygone Dreams is the studios first big venture into the world of gaming. Created by an all-Bosnian team numbering more than 30 people, the game’s lore, characters, and music were heavily inspired by classical Bosnian folklore.
